Please join us at the Scholastic Book Fair Nov. 30th and Dec. 2nd. Books may be purchased Tuesday, November 30th from 12:30 – 7:00 pm, or Thursday, December 2nd from 3:30 – 7:00 pm. Both evenings we will have a drawing for free books. You do not need to be present to win.
When you visit the Book Fair, please consider presenting a special gift to your child’s classroom. We’ve asked teachers to fill out a Classroom Wish List so you’ll know exactly which books they think would make a real contribution to their students’ knowledge and imagination. The books will become a permanent part of the classroom library. As a token of appreciation, every gift will be recognized with a bookplate identifying your family or child as the benefactor.
All Book Fair purchases will benefit our school because proceeds will be used to purchase books for the library media center.

The month of November brings us to the season of Thanksgiving. Anderson School Learning Community is thankful for many things. Most recently, our parents, students and teachers in 7th and 8th grade were very involved with planning the annual carnival and haunted house. It was impressive to see how they came together as a team and worked for the common good of meaningful school fundraisers. A heartfelt thank you for your endless efforts. (more…)
